Custom Software Development
Internal tools, platforms and systems built precisely around how your business actually works - not around a template.
Product studio · Est. 2026
Websites, apps, AI systems and the infrastructure under them - designed, built and kept running by one seven-person team. No handoffs, no agency layers, no waiting on someone else's calendar.

Who we are
Most agencies hand your project down a chain - strategy to design to build to support - and something is lost at every seam. We removed the seams. The people who scope your product are the people who design it, write it, deploy it and keep it running.
That means fewer meetings, faster decisions, and software that stays coherent from the first wireframe to the thousandth user.
Interfaces are argued over, not decorated. Every screen earns its place before a line of code is written.
Typed, tested, documented. Built so the next developer - yours or ours - is never afraid to touch it.
Cloud, security, monitoring and support are part of the build, not an invoice you get later.
What we do
Internal tools, platforms and systems built precisely around how your business actually works - not around a template.
Fast, accessible, search-friendly sites - from a five-page brochure to a headless CMS your marketing team can actually drive.
iOS and Android from a single, well-kept codebase - with the native polish users notice and the release pipeline you never have to think about.
Research, flows, prototypes and a design system your engineers can build from without guessing.
Storefronts engineered around conversion - checkout, payments, inventory and analytics wired together properly.
Campaigns measured against revenue, not impressions. Paid, email and lifecycle, run by the people who built the funnel.
Technical SEO, content architecture and the unglamorous fixes that move rankings and keep them moved.
Identity, voice and a content system your audience recognises before they read the name.
Chatbots, autonomous agents and workflow automation that remove real hours from real weeks - with humans kept in the loop where it counts.
Cloud, security, monitoring and a real person on the other end - so launch day is the beginning, not the finish line.
How we work
We sit with your problem before we price it. Goals, constraints, users, the systems you already run - written down and agreed, so nobody is building on assumptions.
Flows first, pixels second. You see clickable prototypes early and often - changing a prototype costs an afternoon, changing a live product costs a sprint.
Two-week cycles, a staging link that is always current, and a demo at the end of each one. You never wait until the end to find out where things stand.
Performance budgets, accessibility passes, security review, analytics and a rollback plan - checked before we ship, not after someone complains.
Monitoring, patches, and a monthly read on what the data is telling you. Software is a living thing; we keep yours healthy.
What we build
We are a young studio, so rather than dress up a portfolio we will show you exactly how we approach each kind of build - and walk you through live work on a call.
Multi-tenant products with billing, roles and an admin surface your team can run without calling us.
Next.js · PostgreSQL · Stripe · AWS
The unglamorous systems that run a business - inventory, scheduling, approvals - made fast enough that people prefer them to the spreadsheet.
React · Node · Prisma · Azure
Headless stores tuned for speed and checkout completion, with a merchandising layer your marketing team owns.
Shopify · Next.js · Stripe · Algolia
One codebase, two stores, native-feeling motion - plus the release pipeline and crash reporting that keep it shippable.
React Native · Expo · Supabase · Sentry
Assistants grounded in your own documents and systems, with evaluation, guardrails and a clear audit trail.
Claude · LangGraph · pgvector · Python
A name, a look, a voice and the site that carries them - built as one system so the brand survives contact with production.
Figma · Next.js · Sanity · Meta Ads
Projects
Two kinds of work, kept apart on purpose: projects shipped for clients, and concept sites we built ourselves to show a level of finish. Open any of them.

Under the hood
Every product we build is the same five layers, chosen so each one can be replaced without disturbing the others. Move through them below.
What people touch
Server-rendered, accessible, and fast on a mid-range phone. Motion is used to explain state, never to decorate.
How it talks
Typed contracts between client and server, validated at the boundary, cached at the edge so the slow path runs rarely.
Where it reasons
Agents and assistants grounded in your own data, with evaluation suites so you can prove they still work after a model change.
What it remembers
Relational where it matters, cached where it helps, vectorised where meaning beats exact matching. Migrations are reviewed like code.
Where it runs
Infrastructure defined in code, deployed from a pull request, observable enough that we usually know before you do.
Tooling
We pick tools with long support horizons and large talent pools, so your product stays maintainable long after we hand it over.
The team
Every discipline you need to take a product from idea to running system - and nobody you have to explain your project to twice.
Before we build
Discovery is deliberate and unglamorous. Flows, edge cases and the awkward questions get settled on paper, while they still cost an afternoon instead of a sprint. We map what your business actually does, not what the org chart says it does. We write down what the software will not do, so scope stops being a negotiation halfway through. We agree what the first working version has to prove, and what can wait until it has. None of this is billable glamour and none of it photographs well. It is simply the difference between a build that lands and a build that drifts. Then delivery is fast, because nothing is still being decided while it is being built.
Why teams pick us
Most clients are choosing between a large agency, a freelancer, hiring in-house, and us. Here is where each one actually wins.
A good freelancer will beat us on rate. We are the better call when the work spans more than one discipline.
Someone who has worked in your sector for years knows things we will take a few weeks to learn.
Two rows we do not win. We would rather tell you that now than have you find out in month three.
Make it yours
Change anything here and every screen on the right updates as you type.

Device
A working demo, not a screenshot - type into it, switch device, play the game. Built with the same tokens as this page, so it follows whichever theme you picked.
Discover
This is the part we are built for. Bring us a company or a product and we work out what it should be online - how it looks, what it does for the people using it, and where it goes next - then build that: the site, the app, the systems underneath and the growth around them. You arrive with an idea of it. You leave with the thing itself.

Still unsure about something? Ask us directly - you will get a straight answer, not a brochure.
encryptsolutions26@gmail.comIt depends on scope, but for context: a marketing site starts around LKR 15,000. A business site with a CMS your team can drive is usually LKR 25,000 to 45,000, an online store LKR 45,000 to 75,000, and a web or mobile product LKR 60,000 to 90,000. Ongoing support runs monthly on top. You get a fixed number in writing after the discovery call - we do not do open-ended hourly billing on fixed-scope work. Our full rate card, including monthly social media packages and per-item design and video prices, is in the proposal you can download from the contact section below.

A short description is enough to start. You will get a real reply from someone who could build it - not a sales sequence - within two working days.
